4.7 Construction and Maintenance

This section describes the construction inspection process that is most relevant to developer driven projects. The process described applies to SIP projects and provides pertinent information for contractors during the construction process. It is the applicants’ responsibility to follow procedures, rules and regulations for other types of projects. These sections describe how you must protect, preserve, or limit impacts to both infrastructure and public access during construction.
